Before undergoing therapy, I offer a free initial consultation at which the therapy and expected number of sessions will be discussed.

One session Anti-smoking therapy lasts for 1h30 to 2 hours, and includes a top up session if required over the first 6 months.

Home visits may be arranged in some circumstances. I enjoy public speaking and would be delighted to give a talk to your group, club or society. I would be only too pleased to create a talk relating the use of hypnosis to a relavant area, for example, sport, motivation or slimming . If you want to arrange a talk or perhaps something different please call to discuss your requirements with me.
